37.5 hours a week
Salary: £20-24k, depending on qualifications and experience

Are you someone with a passion for the gospel and a desire to communicate this to young people inside and outside our church community?
This new expanded role will be responsible for the development and enabling of St Martin’s youth work programme, starting a schools work in a local secondary school and for the management of our amazing team of youth work volunteers.
St Martin’s is a busy church, deeply engaged with its local community. We looking for an energetic and motivated person with experience of working with young people in church and community settings to oversee and coordinate our youth work programme, sharing the love of Jesus in exciting and relevant ways, as we follow God’s plans in our parish.
The Youth Enabler will work closely with the St Martin’s Ministry Team, including the Vicar, the Curate and the Children’s and Families Worker.
