St Martin’s community Coffee Shop is a place of warm welcome and friendship, as well as high quality, affordable food and drink.
We are entering exciting times at St Martin’s as we grow our homemade menu and continue to expand our allotment for fresh produce. We are seeking an Assistant Chef who will rise to this challenge, maintaining the menu and creating specials, in a kitchen that champions ethical sourcing and caters to diverse dietary needs. The right person for this role will encourage and enthuse our volunteers, maintain the ethos and tone of customer service, whilst providing high quality food and drink in our community-driven coffee shop.
The holder of this role will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and leadership team at St Martin’s.

An Enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for the post-holder.
20 Hours per week – 10.00am to 3.00 pm Tue-Fri, 8.30am to 1.30pm Sat (Once per month).
4 weeks of holiday (plus post-Christmas and first week of new year shutdown)
Salary: £10.82 an hour
